Dan

Superintendent

Dan's passion for construction began during his college years in summertime employment.  He got a taste of the satisfaction of building, and eagerly honed his skills.  He moved to Santa Barbara in 1995 after graduating from the University of Oregon.

Once in Santa Barbara, he continued his passion of fine homebuilding by becoming a skilled carpenter and superintendent and has made custom homebuilding his career.

For the past twelve years as a superintendent he has worked closely with some of the best architects, designers, and home owners in the Montecito community.

Dan has an eye for detail, pursues perfection in all he does, and takes great pride in producing each custom home that fulfills his client's dreams.

When Dan is not working he is raising his three kids with his wife, Liz, in the Santa Ynez Valley.  He enjoys being a husband and father, and spends as much time as possible outdoors backpacking, skiing, and playing a variety of sports with his family and friends.
