Structured in a similar way to the New Homes & Major Renovation Department, the Remodel Department is able to focus all of D.D. Ford Construction’s resources into a remodel project of any size. Typical projects include smaller remodels, whole house remodels, or just kitchens & bathrooms.

Even though such projects tend to have a quicker turnaround, a full time Project Foreman is always on hand to ensure the management of every detail goes smoothly on the project. And, as with any new construction or large remodel, we prefer to get involved early on in the design process and meet with you prior to the start of the project. During the early stages, we like to discuss ideas so we can keep the project budget & schedule on track from beginning to end.

Depending on your needs, our Remodel Department can help you with design logistics and guide you toward completing your project with one of our in-house draftsmen or, if your project is larger or in need of more design assistance, we can provide you with a list of Architects and Designers who may be a great fit for you and your project.
