Our Home Maintenance department meets early each morning to review the maintenance schedule and re-prioritize outstanding requests and emergencies. The technicians are sent out to do their scheduled repairs and daily appointments. They are well-trained and personally skilled in many different trades and do many repairs themselves. They also respond as needed to emergency issues and can facilitate the right repair or even coordinate and manage the trade subcontractor if needed. They take full ownership of a repair and manage it accordingly as their own project. They are responsible for all security and sub work from the initial response and investigation to the final repair, test and clean up and also provide feedback to the manager and the homeowner regarding new issues or suggested measures. We work closely with expert trade contractors to meet the varied demands of home repairs that arise and share in a vast pool of experience and knowledge so that we can continue to provide the best quality and efficiency possible to our clients.
