an additional layer of service tailored to each of our
client's specific needs. The focus is on year-round home
maintenance once construction is complete. Service is
also provided on small projects for past clients as well
as work on any referrals.
All warranty items for the company are handled through
this department as well. |

| Our build department provides
major remodel and new residential construction services.
These projects typically require sophisticated project
management. Each project within this department is manned
by an onsite lead carpenter, full time project superintendent,
and a part time project manager. |

| This department focuses
on smaller remodel projects, from kitchen and bathroom
remodels, to full interior residential remodels, and small
additions that require minor structural revisions. Each
project is run by a part-time or full-time project foreman,
who works hands-on throughout the job, as well as a part-time
project manager. |

|
| This department
provides the labor force for all of our construction departments,
as well as supplying labor requirements for a select group
of other general contractors within the greater Santa
Barbara area. This department is run by a finish coordinator
who manages the workforce and design details. This enables
us to focus on consistent quality control from one project
to the next. |
