After we have built or remodeled the house of your dreams for you, our Home Maintenance Department will continue to work closely with you to preserve its beauty and maintain its function for the years to come.
On completion construction, our Home Maintenance Department will meet with you to discuss your future maintenance needs and get fully acquainted with your home. A regular walkthrough and maintenance schedule can then be established, to allow you to focus on living in your home rather than worrying about the need to keep up appearances, thanks to the gradual wear and tear of the elements and daily life.
In addition to regularly scheduled maintenance, D.D. Ford Construction’s Home Maintenance Department is ready to satisfy your home’s future needs at any given moment. Our technicians are fully trained to complete several maintenance tasks in house cleanly and efficiently & work on an hourly basis.
If a larger maintenance task is required, then our knowledgeable Home Maintenance Department is able to contract out to the right company for the job, to maximize efficiency and to achieve the quality you deserve.
