Pre-Construction

During this phase of the project, D. D. Ford will provide you with input on building assemblies, materials, products, budget, and functionality as part of our pre-construction service. This up-front input is key to maintaining a fine balance between budget and creativity. This process ensures a rock-solid foundation is laid so that the project team can move confidently forward into the building phase.

During Construction

Once work gets under way, the D.D. Ford team’s vast experience comes into play to manage construction budgets, scheduling, and design decisions throughout the project's building phase to ensure our exacting standards of efficiency and quality are adhered to at all times. At D.D. Ford Construction, sophisticated project management systems combine with proactive, caring personnel to transform your two-dimensional design dream into a three-dimensional reality. At every stage of the construction process, clients and designers are kept fully up-to speed on progress. Regular project review letters & daily communication help everyone keep track of construction progress and milestones, while regular site meetings between the project team members keep everyone’s energy focused.

Post Construction

After construction is finished, D. D. Ford helps to make moving in go smoothly by arranging maid cleaning services and providing orientation of all home systems and products. We will also help you with your move by installing art and assembling & installing furniture. Once you move in, we introduce you to the D. D. Ford Home Maintenance team, who will provide year-round home maintenance and services tailored to your home’s specific needs.
