Joel is a hometown boy who graduated from Santa Barbara High school and has been a long time Art student at Santa Barbara City College. Before becoming a member of the DD Ford team,

Joel worked as a painter for 18 years and is a very accomplished specialty finisher whose work graces many of the estates in Santa Barbara.

Joel is widely known for his ability to restore and create murals, furniture, interior and exterior finishes through his mastery of many specialty stenciling and Trompe L'oeil techniques.  If that wasn’t enough to display Joel’s incredible skill, he is a recognized and awarded sculptor as well. His cast bronze and carved stone works have been in several galleries in town. DD Ford is incredibly fortunate to have such an artisan on our team.
